Your medicines will be delivered by Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging. We use a Next Day Royal Mail Tracked service, and Royal Mail may send you an email or text message on the day of delivery to let you know when your parcel will arrive.

This service is provided by Hive Pharmacy and falls within the NHS Dispensing service. We therefore do not charge any fee at all.

Charges The service is FREE in England for NHS prescriptions. If the patient is not exempt from NHS prescription charges, we must take the NHS charge for each item dispensed, otherwise please complete the exemption on the back of the prescription.
